De lo contrario, la garantía (180 horas de uso o máximo 2 meses de compra) no será válida. Ante cualquier reclamación, deberá aportar la siguiente información:
- Producto con la incidencia
- Fotos y videos que demuestren la incidencia
- Ticket de compra
- Contacto del club de gimnasia rítmica y de su entrenadora
- Ficha de reclamación de Sasaki con la información requerida
- Video que evidencia cómo hincha la pelota
Sasaki balls can only be purchased if you have/purchase the regulatory products to inflate them (M-22P inflator and M-746 ball grease). Otherwise, the warranty (180 hours of use or maximum 2 months of purchase) will not be valid. For any claim, you must provide the following information:
- Product with the incidence
- Photos and videos that show the incidence
- Purchase ticket
- Contact of the rhythmic gymnastics club and its coach
- Sasaki’s claim form with the required information
- Video that shows how the ball is swelled
